Announcing a new time saving service …
accutrac is a web portal that allows you to check on any open order or recent shipment. By logging onto ajdoor.com you can view the real-time status of your orders. No need to wonder if your PO has been received or when we’ll ship it. The information is all at your fingertips. Once an order is confirmed, you can view it on accutrac. It will have a status of “Scheduled”, “Scheduled to Ship”, “Shipped”, “Back Order”, or “Partial Ship”. In addition, you can easily obtain the tracking information for your shipped orders. Just give us a call and we’ll set up your secure Username and Password.
accutrac is also an autmated shipment notification email sent the day we ship your order. Every afternoon AJ will send an email for all orders shipped that day. The shipped report will list the PO Number, Part Numbers, LTL Carrier and PRO Numbers.
Texas approval for Partner™ & Responder™ Doors
The Texas Department of Insurance has granted approval for A.J. Manufacturing Inc’s aluminum and steel-framed Partner and Responder door models to be used in designated catastrophe areas along the Texas Gulf Coast.
When installed in accordance with our instructions, the 21A Partner Door has achieved a Label Rating of +50, -43 psf, while the 41A Responder Door is rated +/- 50 psf.

EZ-V™ for Vinyl Windows
A.J. Manufacturing Inc. unveiled its new EZ-V, a patent pending vinyl trim system for vinyl windows, at the Frame Building Expo in Indianapolis on March 1.
The EZ-V system is available on both the Harmony and SilverLine windows from A.J. Manufacturing.
This exclusive and innovative design permits the installation of the vinyl window into a steel clad building with a fully trimmed panning frame that will accommodate the raised ribs of the building skin. EZ-V is paintable and tolerant of thermal expansion/contraction.
The benefits of using the EZ-V system include a dramatic reduction of installation labor. The EZ-V system diverts all water to the exterior of the building ensuring a leak-free installation which requires no subsequent application of J-Channel.

NEW! Energy Saving Jamb Insulation – Another AJ Innovation as a Standard Feature AJ is pleased to announce an exciting new enhancement to their product line.
Beginning in May 2008 pre cut ESP Low-E® Insulation strips will be included as a standard feature in every 5100, 6100 & 7100 door. Additional installation strips kits are available for purchase for installation with utility doors like AJ series 3100, 3700, & 4100. ESP Low-E Insulation is a premium reflective insulation product with the following unique characteristics:Polyethylene MICRO FOAM core will not allow water or moisture to be absorbed or pass through it in any direction. The MICRO FOAM core is flame adhered to the foil surfaces eliminating the use of adhesives or glues. The MICRO FOAM core will seal around the installation screws and seal against water penetration that might occur in extreme conditions. The insulation does not wrap-up on the screw and remains in place.
NEW WINDOW SYSTEM A.J. Manufacturing has developed an insulated “Window System” that provides the ability to mull all insulated windows for a dramatic architectural look including the use of transom lites and half round units. A.J. Manufacturing’s line of windows includes single-glazed and insulated aluminum in a variety of sizes and styles. The EZ Fit Framing System, available in custom colors, reduces labor and assures a reliable seal and is distinctive on all buildings.
PRESSURE RELIEF DOORS
Pressure relief doors prevent ductwork and pressure sensitive equipment from being damaged if a damper closes while the fan is operating, thus neutralizing the pressure differential between the inside and outside of the HVAC system. The sealing performance of our door greatly reduces the risk of air leakage thereby protecting the customers’ investment in processed air.
