Jim Hymen celebrated fifteen years with AJ Manufacturing in Inside Sales and Customer Service.   Jim says the changes and growth of AJ over the last 15 years have been impressive.  He feels that AJ has a great group of employees who really care about each other and about the customers.  

 Away from work Jim, with his wife Marilyn, enjoys golfing, cruising (slowly) in their ’83 Dodge 400 convertible and going to local sporting events and plays.  Thanks, Jim for your commitment and dedication to AJ Manufacturing over the past fifteen years!

We are pleased to announce the newest member of our team, Josh Wolf, Territory Manger and Sales Representative.  Josh joins A.J. Manufacturing with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience as a representative of steel roofing materials, doors, and windows.  Josh will serve customers throughout Indiana, Illinois and Eastern Missouri.  Both Josh & AJ Manufacturing are excited to provide the industry’s highest quality doors and windows with the best customer service available.

On March 20, 2010, Robbie Chittendon celebrated 15 years with AJ Manufacturing!  Robbie’s main vocation through the years has been on the Roll Form Door Line.  He currently works in the Aluminum Jamb area but has assisted in other areas when needed; notably as a Saw Operator and Vacuum Lift Operator.  Robbie is always willing to help out where needed.  Over the years Robbie has seen many changes in the company.  He has also met a lot of interesting people and made many friends.  In these times of economic turmoil, Robbie says he is thankful for the steady employment AJ provides.

Ilene Moos celebrate twenty years with AJ Manufacturing on March 20, 2010!  Ilene is currently our Marketing Assistant and is in charge of displays and salesman samples.  She also assists in order entry and Customer Service when needed.  Although she has predominantly worked in Sales & Marketing for the past twenty years, Ilene is versatile enough to help out in other areas such as the Distribution Center.  Ilene gets along well with her co-workers and enjoys working with all.

Julie Eder celebrated ten years with AJ Manufacturing on January 18, 2010.  Julie began her career on the Roll Form line.  Although she has assisted on other lines, Julie’s main vocation has been the Storm Door Line.  Since she is familiar with all operations on that line, it is logical that Julie was designated as the Storm Door Line Trainer.  Julie has experienced first hand the many changes and upgrades within the facility.

In honor of her anniversary, Julie received a savings bond from AJ Manufacturing and shared Main Street pie with her co-workers.  Thanks, Julie, for your commitment and dedication over the past ten years!

A.J. Manufacturing is pleased to announce that Brett Luedtke has joined A.J. Manufacturing, Inc. as National Sales Manager.   Brett joins AJ with an extensive sales and management background in the machine tool, construction and industrial supply industry and has a reputation of delivering exceptional customer service, integrity of relationships and product marketing innovation.  AJ is proud to have Brett as a member of our team; he represents the values of excellence AJ builds into each and every door and window we manufacture.

On Wednesday November 11, 2009 AJ Manufacturing held an annual Bloomer Area Food Pantry drive.  A bit different than prior years, this year’s drive requested monetary donations in lieu of food.  Additionally, AJ Manufacturing agreed to match employee contributions.  Employee contributions equaled $1,075 making the grand total (with the AJ match), $2150!  A check for $2150 was made out to “Buckets for Hunger”, a Wisconsin organization that raises money for hunger relief.  “Buckets for Hunger” will match fifty cents on the dollar of all contributions to the pantry between October 1 and November 30, 2009! 

 In appreciation of employee’s participation in the drive, AJ Manufacturing provided a spaghetti luncheon along with pie from Main Street Café.  Great job everyone on a very successful drive!!
